We booked the Cumberland Hotel because is one of the best hotels in Bournemouth to celebrate ourwedding and we love the art deco. A big thank you to Brian Robbins for being very helpful and professional. We really appreciated it. Brian was always providing useful piece of advice. He also liased with the decoration and cake suppliers which made our life much easier. Brian also offered to change the suite with balcony which was perfect to take photos with my parents and friends before the ceremony. Definetely he delivered a great and amazing customer service. The organization was great. We had the ceremony and reception at the hotel and everything went smoothly. Everybody enjoyed breakfast and evening buffet which was very tasty. We would highly recommend the Cumberland Hotel as a wedding venue.
OMG, OMG what a brilliant, wonderful time we had getting married at the Cumberland Hotel, the best and our favourite hotel in Bournemouth. Huge thanks to all the staff involved especially Lauren Rabbets for her professionalism, diligence, support and organising the whole day/event it went without a single hitch. Also an enormous thanks to all the staff, to Zak who always goes above and beyond his role and kept us smiling all day.
