Day Guests: Please note that our outdoor pool is exclusively for the use of hotel residents. Non-residents, including those with a reservation at Ventana Grand Café, are not permitted to use the pool. This decision has been made with careful consideration to ensure the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of our resident guests.

We continue to warmly welcome non-residents for dining, and al fresco dining is available on the Lido Deck. However, access to the pool remains strictly reserved for residents only.
