At Cumberland we have designed our food operations to suit all tastes, offering fresh tasty home cooked fayre contrasting with Ventana Brasserie which offers a funky atmosphere with stylish music while providing excellent contemporary fayre all day allowing guests to choose when they want to dine. Outdoor BBQ‘s are the norm most Sundays and Friday nights in the summer at poolside. The Ventana Brasserie has recently been awarded Highly Commended Best Restaurant in the Bournemouth tourism awards 2009.
