Bournemouth Air Festival book released ahead of 2013 show
The start of the 2013 Bournemouth Air Festival is now only a couple of weeks away and, to celebrate the popular event’s first five years, a special commemorative book is to be released on August 19th.
The local Bournemouth Echo newspaper recently announced the launch of the book, which they have produced in association with the Bournemouth-based camera shop Castle Cameras, which features 176 pages of beautiful colour photographs chronicling the first five years of this exciting occasion.
The article announcing the book – which can be read here – also mentions the backing it has received from the Bournemouth Red Arrows Association, whose chairman, Terry Trevett, said that much of the annual show’s success ‘has been recorded by the skills of many gifted photographers and the Festival book is a huge tribute to them and everyone else involved with such a prestigious event’.
Don’t forget that the festival itself begins on August 29th, so there is not much time left to book your holiday accommodation in Bournemouth from which you can see this spectacular weekend and all its highlights.
