“Cumberland Hotel will retain its’ current Three Star Hotel rating and have an increased Merit Score of 88% and Two Rosettes for cooking. It was good to meet with Kevin, Pat and Helder, discuss the trading year so far, their future plans, and my stay at length. They are thanked as ever for their time and hospitality.   We are proud to announce after a mystery overnight stay at the Cumberland Hotel Bournemouth on Wednesday 3rd May 2012, The Cumberland Bournemouth has been awarded Two AA Rosettes for Ventana Bar and Brasserie. The Ventana is now one of 5 Restaurants in Bournemouth to be awarded such a high rating. Thank you to all who have supported us over the past few years this is such a wonderful achievement for us!
