PRESS RELEASE -28th July 2011 Since purchasing the Cumberland Bournemouth in 2007, with an AA rating of 3 star 64%, the Cumberland has continued to increase its merit score year on year until a mystery inspection this past week resulted in the hotel being awarded the ultimate accolade of a coveted AA Food Rosette for its Ventana Brasserie, coupled with the highest AA 3 Star Hotel rating in Bournemouth and Poole.
